Custom ordered items cannot be refunded since they are custom-made and there is no guarantee that someone else will want the same thing. I can, however, replace your item. I will definitely try to avoid the need for that to happen.
All items will be inspected for flaws before leaving my hands. If you find something I missed, feel free to contact me and we can work it out.
